Summary

The School of Veterinary Medicine are developing modern, innovative veterinary programmes, focussed on producing clinically competent, compassionate, and pragmatic graduates.

We are looking to appoint a Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Senior Executive Team members in particular the Associate Deans of School and to work closely with support colleagues within the School.

About you:

You will have substantial experience working as a Personal Assistant or equivalent, including diary and correspondence management. You will be proactive, have strong communication skills and be proficient in managing complex workloads.

A range of GCSEs, including English Language and Maths at Grade C/4 or above, or appropriate equivalent experiential learning is required for this role.

Use of AI in applications:

We want to understand your genuine interest in the role and artificial intelligence can be a useful tool to support your application. However, all examples and statements provided must be truthful, factually accurate and taken directly from your own experience and the written elements of your application should accurately reflect your own communication style. Applications that rely too heavily on AI tools can appear generic and lack the detail we need to assess your skills and experience.

We reserve the right to close this vacancy early if we receive sufficient applications for the role. Therefore, if you are interested, please submit your application as early as possible.
