What to Expect: Working in our Bradford partner nurseries means working in diverse, high-energy, and rewarding settings. You will be expected to jump straight in, implementing the EYFS through engaging, "hands-on" play. Whether it's messy play, phonics, or helping with mealtime routines, your presence will be felt and appreciated. You must be comfortable working with different age groups and adapting to various nursery philosophies.
The Essentials:
Experience: 3 months+ recent UK nursery experience is mandatory.
Availability: Ready for the 7:00 AM booking calls on your available days.
Attitude: Proactive, punctual, and passionate about child development.
The Reward: £13.00ph for Level 3s. No monthly wait—money is in your bank every Friday. Total control over your schedule—you tell us when you want to work.
THE BD COMMUNITY BONUS: We grow by recommendation. Refer a fellow Practitioner from the Bradford area and we will pay you a £100 Referral Fee once they hit their 100-hour milestone!
