What You’ll Be Doing:
• Directing & developing the whole-school learning support provision
• Leading, motivating, and inspiring a skilled, collaborative SEN team
• Driving targeted student interventions to maximise progress and attainment
• Advising SLT on SEND policy, inclusion best practice, and classroom strategy
• Building partnerships with parents, staff, and external specialists
• Using data to identify needs, evaluate impact, and refine provision
