Summary

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and creative Web Designer & IT Manager to join our team. This role combines technical expertise with creative design skills to manage company IT systems while designing, developing, and maintaining modern websites.

The ideal candidate will ensure our digital platforms run efficiently, are visually appealing, secure, and aligned with the company’s brand and business goals.



Key Responsibilities

Web Design & Development
• Design and develop responsive and user-friendly websites
• Maintain and update existing websites and web applications
• Ensure websites are optimized for speed, performance, and SEO
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams on digital campaigns
• Create website layouts, graphics, and UI/UX improvements

IT Management
• Manage and maintain company IT infrastructure and systems
• Provide technical support to staff and resolve IT issues
• Ensure network security, data protection, and backups
• Manage software installations, updates, and licenses
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements

Project & Technology Management
• Plan and manage website and IT-related projects
• Evaluate new technologies and tools for business use
• Maintain documentation of systems and procedures
• Coordinate with external vendors or service providers when required



Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Web Design, or related field (preferred)
• Proven experience in web design and IT management
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design
• Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms
• Knowledge of network systems, cybersecurity, and server management
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities



Preferred Skills
• Experience with UI/UX design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, or similar)
• Knowledge of SEO and web analytics
• Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• Basic knowledge of database management
