Summary
Skilled Labourer Needed - Crawley
Are you a highly experienced labourer looking for a role that values your specific skill set? We are looking for a reliable, Skilled Labourer to join our team in Crawley within the next four weeks or so.
This isn't a "basic" site role; we need someone with the technical know-how to handle high-level site operations and support our finishing teams.
The RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:

Credentials: Valid CSCS Card (Physical card must be presented at induction).

Experience: Proven experience in Lifting, Banksman, and Slinger Signaller duties.

Documentation: * Valid Right to Work in the UK.

A solid 5-year work history with no employment gaps.

Two professional finishing references from previous site managers.

Logistics: Must be able to drive and have your own full PPE.

DBS: A DBS check is preferred. If you do not have one, we are happy to arrange this once you have started on-site.

Key Tasks: Assisting with lifts, directing site traffic/machinery, and ensuring high-standard finishing support.

ou will be expected to perform a variety of high-level site duties, including:

Slinger/Signaller & Banksman Duties: Safely attaching loads to cranes/machinery and directing plant movement and lifting operations.

General Labouring: Maintaining site cleanliness and assisting various trades as required.

Finishing Support: Assisting with the final stages of the project to ensure a high-quality handover.
