Applicants should be able to demonstrate the following:
Main Duties; Delivering sport and physical activities to children and young people, both in school curriculum time following the PE National Curriculum and/or set programs of study and also deliver a range of OSHL, (Out Of School Hours Learning) extracurricular activities before school, at lunch times, after school and in school holiday periods.
Skills and Experience: Own transport and basic computer skills are required, Reliable with strong time management skills. Applicants must also be self-motivated and have a passion for coaching and inspiring young people through engagement and participation in physical activity and sport.

- Full time hours
- Ability to travel to locations within Derby & Nottingham and surrounding areas
- Premier pathway to progress wages / hours / into project management, middle management and senior management
Requirements:
Experience in sports coaching (ideally with young people)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Organised, reliable, and self-motivated
A team player with a community-focused mindset
Relevant coaching qualifications and/or safeguarding training (preferred but not essential)
Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
Recognised NGB Level 2 Coaching Certificate or equivalent or above
Successful candidates will undergo constant in-house training and personal development and will be expected to attend additional external training to improve their understanding of their role and gain additional coaching qualifications.
