We're looking for a Multi Trade Operative with a strong plastering and tiling background to join a not-for-profit housing association that has been providing affordable housing in Luton and South Bedfordshire since 1962.
Responsibilities:
- Undertaking multi-trade repairs including tiling, plastering, carpentry, painting & decorating, and plumbing.
- Diagnosing and resolving building defects efficiently and effectively.
- Treating damp and mould, identifying root causes, and reporting findings to reduce repeat issues.
- Working in both occupied and unoccupied properties, delivering a professional and respectful service.
- Using handheld devices to receive, record, and close jobs accurately.
- Supporting property inspections and agreeing work schedules when required.
- Ensuring all work is completed safely, on time, and to a high standard.
Requirements:
- Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
- Basic Criminal Record Check (DBS)
