Duties
• Supervise workers and subcontractors on site
• Monitor project progress and daily tasks
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Coordinate materials, equipment, and workforce
• Maintain quality standards across site operations
• Report progress and issues to management
Requirements
• Previous experience in construction or site supervision
• Strong organisational and leadership skills
• Good communication abilities
• Knowledge of site safety procedures
