We wish to appoint an Assistant Building Site Supervisor (Caretaker) to provide a clean, safe and secure environment for users of our school buildings and grounds. The Prince Albert Community Trust (PACT) are a forward thinking and innovative Multi Academy Trust (MAT). PACT is a thriving and ambitious family of schools consisting of Prince Albert Primary School, Heathfield Primary School, Highfield J&I School, Birchfield Primary School, Lakey Lane, Sutton Park Primary, and Prince Albert High School.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be required to work at one of the schools within our Trust and will:

- Demonstrate a high level of service and professionalism
- Be committed to ensuring the safety and security of staff, pupils, and visitors
- Carry out routine maintenance and repairs
- Oversee site cleanliness and ensure facilities are well-presented
- Support with health and safety compliance and emergency procedures
- Liaise with contractors and suppliers when needed
- Be flexible and responsive to the needs of the school community

PACT require the successful candidate to have:

- Experience of using power tools
- Knowledge of maintenance and cleaning techniques
- Able to accept and follow instructions from SLT, Directors and Building Services Site Manager
- Flexible to working shift patterns when required
- Basic IT skills
