The Role – Year 3 Teacher

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Year 3 Teacher to join a supportive primary school from April 2026 on a full-time, long-term basis. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons to a Year 3 class, supporting pupils as they transition into Key Stage 2 and develop greater independence in their learning.

You will plan and deliver creative lessons across the curriculum, assess pupil progress, and work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure high standards of teaching and learning. The ideal candidate will have strong KS2 knowledge, excellent classroom management skills, and the ability to create an engaging learning environment that motivates and supports all pupils.
