About Dimensions

A role where you can be you. At Dimensions, you can bring your whole self to work - and be celebrated for it. You'll support autistic people and adults with learning disabilities to live more independently, building confidence and joy in everyday life. We'll support you too, with a workplace that values wellbeing, listens to every voice, and offers real opportunities to grow through Aspire and Dimensions Academy. Recognised as a Great Place to Work for seven years running, this is more than a job - it's a place where you can truly be you.

About the Role

- Female Support Worker

- Part time - 28 hours per week

- £12.64 per hour

- Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire, HP2

- Full UK Manual driving licence.

We're looking for a Female Support Worker to join our supported living home in Hemel Hempstead, where you will play an important role in supporting one woman to live the life she chooses—active, independent and confident in her daily routines.

She leads a fulfilling life and enjoys yoga, dancing, swimming, relaxed trips out for coffee and cake, and spending time in her local town. Your role is to be alongside her as she engages in the hobbies she loves, offering steady, values-led support that helps her stay connected to the people, places and moments that matter most.

You'll provide encouragement with daily living skills, personal care, mobility needs and medication, always in a way that respects her choices, builds her confidence and supports her wellbeing.

This is a lone-working role with shifts from 8am-10pm followed by sleep-ins, including weekends and bank holidays on a rota. A full UK manual driving licence is essential, as driving plays a key part in maintaining her independence and supporting her day-to-day routines.

Whether you're new to support work or bring experience with you, we'll give you all the training and development you need. This includes the Care Certificate, paid learning opportunities and financial bonuses for completing recognised qualifications.

About You

You'll share our values of Ambition, Courage, Integrity, Partnership and Respect, and bring consistency and compassion to the role. You'll be someone who enjoys being active, communicating clearly and supporting others to live full and meaningful lives. Experience isn't essential—your values, reliability and enthusiasm are what truly matter.
