The Role of a Supply Classroom Assistant

As a member of our supply team, you are the ultimate "all-rounder." You will step into various educational settings to support the class teacher, manage small groups, and ensure that every pupil remains engaged and on task.

Requirements

  • UK Experience: You must have previous experience working within a UK classroom or educational setting and be familiar with UK school procedures.

  • Adaptability: The ability to walk into a new environment, quickly understand the lesson objectives, and provide effective support.
