Summary
Castell Howell Foods is Wales’ leading independent food service wholesaler, servicing the length and breadth of Wales, the Border Counties and the South West of England. We currently have a vacancy for Hygiene Technician based at our Farm Fresh production unit in Carmarthen.Main Duties and Responsibilities:Maintain cleaning schedule of production areas, machinery, floors, walls, ceilings and strip curtainsMaintain the cleanliness of the changing facilities, lockers, hand wash sinks, dispensers, boots and apronsEnsure appropriate standards of hygiene are maintained for ongoing BRCGS certificationEnsure the cleanliness of all high-risk and low-risk drainsReplenish stock in all soap and sanitiser dispensers daily and blue roll dispensers, when requiredMaintain the cleanliness of the external areas of the building, courtyard, loading bay, side and rear of buildingMonitor stock levels of cleaning chemicals and PPE and inform Technical Department when levels are lowComplete all relevant daily paperworkRelevant previous experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.What we offer:A part-time position working Monday to Friday, 16:00-20:00£13,780.00 per annum25 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays.
