A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Oldham is seeking a dedicated Inclusive Learning Support Assistant to join their supportive team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about helping children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) succeed both academically and personally.

Working closely with teachers and SEN staff, you will play an important role in supporting pupils across Key Stages 1 and 2, ensuring that each child receives the guidance and encouragement they need to access the curriculum and build confidence in their learning.

As an Inclusive Learning Support Assistant, you will:
- Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with additional needs
- Assist teachers in delivering adapted learning activities and interventions
- Support pupils with communication, social development, and emotional regulation
- Implement strategies to help pupils overcome barriers to learning
- Encourage independence, engagement, and positive classroom participation
- Work collaboratively with teachers, the SENCO, and wider support staff

Your work will help create a structured and nurturing classroom environment where pupils feel supported and motivated to succeed.

The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience supporting children in an SEN or educational setting
- A strong understanding of inclusive learning strategies
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach
- Flexibility and the ability to adapt to the individual needs of pupils
- A genuine passion for supporting children's development and wellbeing
- Competitive daily rate of £95-£110
