- Fostering a nurturing, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that promotes the emotional well-being and self-confidence of SEN students
- Assisting with the adaptation of teaching materials, resources, and learning activities to accommodate the specific needs of SEN students
- Monitoring and recording the progress of SEN students, providing regular feedback to teachers and parents
- Participating in multidisciplinary meetings and collaborating with various professionals, such as teachers, therapists, and SEN coordinators, to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive approach to student support
- Undertaking relevant training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in supporting SEN students
