Summary
Pinnacle Group are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Data Analyst to join our Data Analytics Team within our Central Services division.Working closely with the Data Engineer and Data Analytics Manager, you will support the collection, cleaning and analysis of data that drives key insights across the business.You will also help provide valuable insights and key performance indicators (KPIs) through the use of Power BI, enhancing operational understanding of business performance and informing strategic decision-making.
Our Central Services team provides expert support across our business – from governance, compliance and business development to finance, marketing, HR, and IT.By partnering with our frontline operations, they help drive performance, innovation, and continuous improvement – all in support of our mission to Transform Communities, Change Lives.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with formulas and Excel spreadsheets, with a natural aptitude for data analysis and strong attention to detail.This permanent, primarily remote role with monthly meetings held in Central London offers an excellent entry point into data analytics and provides valuable hands-on experience for someone at the start of their career and may particularly suit a recent graduate.

Key responsibilities will include:
- Actively support the collection of accurate data within critical timelines
- Supporting maintenance of Power BI dashboards. (No experience required)
- Supporting Carbon Footprint Data Collection
- Ensure that data is obtained and processed in a timely fashion
- Data Analytics Admin
- Providing support for dashboard users
- Supporting Data Analytics Manager and other team members
Key requirements:
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel
- An aptitude towards data analysis and administration
- Willingness to learn
- Enthusiastic and self-motivated.
- Good written and spoken communication skills
