Summary

Supervisor – Dundee Support Services

Full-time, 37 hours per week

Are you ready to take the next step in your career and lead a team that makes a real difference every day? Sense Scotland is looking for a dedicated Supervisor to join our Dundee Support Services, supporting adults with complex needs to live fulfilling, meaningful lives.


What you’ll do:

>Lead and motivate a team to deliver high-quality, person‑centred care
>Provide supervision, coaching, and on‑shift training
>Oversee and update individual support plans
>Build strong relationships with families, colleagues, and professionals
>Manage staffing rotas and ensure accurate records
>Support staff development and champion our core values


What you bring:

Experience supporting individuals with complex care and communication needs
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
SVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (or willingness to work toward SVQ3)
Confident IT skills
Coaching/mentoring experience
A valid UK driving licence
