Join Our Team as Duty Manager! Are you a Duty Manager looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a talented team member to join our growing team.

Company Overview:
Rebuild with Hope is a charitable organisation established to support individuals with multiple barriers to employment, whilst supporting those suffering due to the rising cost of living.

The charity currently has eight stores, with our flagship store in Wigan. These stores sell high street brands with discounts of up to 70% across all categories, homewares, clothing, gifts, toys, and accessories.

Role Overview
The Duty Manager plays a key role in the day-to-day running of the retail stores. This position supports the Store Manager by overseeing operations during shifts, ensuring compliance with procedures, and providing guidance and support to staff. The Duty Manager supports team performance, authorises key transactions such as refunds and discounts, ensures health and safety standards are met, and helps maintain a positive and productive working environment. They lead by example and ensure the store operates efficiently, safely, and in line with organisational values.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide professional customer service, to encourage repeat visits and customer loyalty
• Complete all refunds and returns to ensure company policy is followed
• Maintain high visual merchandising standards in store including window displays, mannequins and fixtures.
• Have an understanding of best-selling lines to ensure replenishing stock is efficient
• Understand all policies and procedures, including health & safety to support with accident reporting
• Be knowledgeable on cash management to support on audits, this includes cashing up and reporting discrepancies.
• Report any issues, concerns, or incidents to the Manager
• Represent Rebuild with Hope positively within the local community

Skills and Experience

• Knowledge of cash handling, EPOS systems, and banking processes
• Awareness of company policies, including refunds, discounts, and staff purchases
• Basic understanding of employment procedures, including sickness and absence management
• Knowledge of stock control and loss prevention practices

Salary and Benefits
