Summary
18.5 hours (flexibility required) to be worked as follows: Monday, Tuesdays, Thursdays & Fridays 1:00pm – 4:00pm, Wednesdays 9:00am – 4:00pm
Salary meets minimum wage
Based in Rhymney, TREDEGAR Caerphilly
Key elements of the role are to serve customers, take telephone enquiries, enter data from various source documents into the computer system for storage, processing and data management purposes. pleasant, courteous sales service, to members of the public.
The ideal candidate will need to:
- Serve customers and positively promote the business
- Store paperwork to ensure confidentiality in accordance with company policy and procedures
- Carry out some warehousing duties
- Accurately enter data on to our systems
- Work positively with other staff in the organisation to help meet targets
- Comply with risk control measures and report any health and safety concerns to managers
- Have attention to detail when maintaining logbooks, inputting data and completing documents, whilst complying with data integrity and security policies
- Have an excellent telephone manner, customer service skills along with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Be confident in using software applications such as Microsoft Excel and Word
The role is demanding and rewarding, working for a social enterprise, within a leading regeneration charity.
