Role Overview
We are recruiting a Compliance Manager for a supported living provider operating across the South of England.
This role will play a key part in ensuring services maintain strong regulatory standards while continuing to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure company policies and procedures align with legal and regulatory requirements
Conduct compliance audits and risk assessments
Provide training and guidance to staff on regulatory requirements
Monitor and stay updated on legislative and regulatory changes
Develop strategies to mitigate compliance risks
Produce reports for senior management and advise on compliance best practices
Requirements
Strong understanding of regulatory compliance frameworks
Experience conducting audits and compliance monitoring
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and training abilities
High attention to detail with strong documentation and reporting skills
Experience within supported living, healthcare, or other regulated environments is advantageous
