We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Site Manager to oversee the construction of a new-build Starbucks Drive Thru. This is a fast-paced 18‑week programme requiring a manager with a proven track record delivering retail, roadside, or branded hospitality units from groundworks through to successful handover.
You will be responsible for day-to-day site operations, health & safety, programme management, and ensuring the project is completed on time, on budget, and to brand specification.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage all on-site activities throughout the full project lifecycle
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel
• Ensure compliance with Starbucks' brand standards and client expectations
• Maintain and enforce all Health & Safety procedures
• Monitor build programme, address deviations, and report progress
• Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and regular inspections
• Manage quality control and ensure works are delivered to specification
• Liaise with the client, design team, and project manager
• Oversee site documentation, RAMS, daily diaries, and handover packs
• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Site Manager within construction
• Strong background in fast-track retail, hospitality, or drive-thru projects
• SMSTS, CSCS (Black/White), and First Aid at Work
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage tight programmes and fast-paced environments
• Strong understanding of groundworks, steel frame, M&E coordination, and fit-out sequencing
