Summary

We're looking for a Handyperson to join our Neath Port Talbot Hospital team based in Neath Port Talbot.

Location: Neath Port Talbot Hospital, Neath

Hours: 37.5 hours per week (08:00 to 16:30 - Monday to Friday)

What will you be responsible for?

As a Handyperson, you'll be working within the Maintenance team, supporting them in delivering efficient and effective maintenance services throughout the hospital. Your day to day will include:

• Carrying out painting, decorating, carpentry, lock changes and general repairs

• Completing routine preventative maintenance and minor improvement works

• Proactively reporting faults to equipment, buildings and fittings

• Working safely according to instructions and completing accurate paperwork

• Maintaining cleanliness of plant rooms, workshops and storage areas
