Technico Refrigeration Ltd is looking for a Trainee Office Administrator to join our team in Shotts. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has recently left school or college and is looking to start a career in an office environment.
This role would suit someone who is motivated, organised, and eager to learn. Full training and ongoing support will be provided to help you develop the skills and confidence needed to work in a busy office environment.
Key Responsibilities may include:
Answering and directing phone calls
Assisting with general office administration tasks
Managing emails and filing documents
Supporting the team with scheduling and paperwork
Data entry and maintaining company records
What we are looking for:
Good communication skills
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office is beneficial but not essential)
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Good organisational skills and attention to detail
Reliability and punctuality
