Summary

The trade administrator assists with running of trade department. This involves liaising with tradecustomers & the factory production to ensure quotes, orders & deliveries are dealt with on time

Main responsibilities:
1. Prepare quotations for customers
2. Process customers’ orders & creating production lines for manufacture
3. Phoning customers for payments & informing about delivery times
4. Ordering of materials or products not manufactured by our factory
5. Scanning of documents as required
6. Dealing with supplier delivery notes as required
7. Deal with customers both in person & on the phone
8. Working with the wider production team to create production lists

General responsibilities:
