About the Role

As an IT Technician, you will support the day‑to‑day running and development of ICT systems across the school. You will help staff and pupils make the best use of technology, ensuring systems run smoothly, securely, and in line with our safeguarding and data protection policies. You will also act as a key communication link between the school and the NAS Head Office IT Department.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide first‑line ICT support to minimise disruption to staff and pupils.
  • Troubleshoot, repair, and configure devices including PCs, laptops, tablets, and software.
  • Install, configure, and maintain ICT and AV equipment.
  • Support with IT planning, acquisition, and contributing technical advice for future development.

What We’re Looking For

  • Ability to troubleshoot and maintain ICT equipment, including Windows devices, laptops, iPads, and software.
  • Strong communication skills with pupils and staff, maintaining a friendly and supportive approach.
  • Understanding of safeguarding, data protection, and ICT security.

This role is a permanent part-time position for 21 hours per week.
