Are you a confident communicator with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service? We're seeking four Customer Service Advisors to join our client's busy Unbilled team, playing a key role in resolving customer billing issues and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with call centre or fast‑paced customer service experience, who thrives on problem solving and getting things right first time. Experience in utilities or energy is desirable but not essential.
What You'll Be Doing
As part of the Unbilled team, you will support both customers and internal colleagues to ensure billing accuracy and timely resolutions. Your responsibilities will include:
- Investigating and resolving billing discrepancies, ensuring data accuracy and alignment with internal reporting.
- Acting as the internal point of contact for billing-related queries, taking ownership of solutions from start to finish.
- Verifying and processing billing adjustments, issuing credits or debits where required, and communicating outcomes to customers.
- Sharing knowledge and best practice to improve internal processes and overall efficiency.
- Identifying trends or recurring issues and escalating areas for improvement.
What You'll Bring
We're looking for individuals who offer:
- Experience resolving billing issues or managing customer accounts, with a high attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, able to spot discrepancies and trends in data.
- Excellent communication skills, confident in explaining complex information clearly to both customers and internal teams.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
- Previous experience in the Energy industry is desirable but not essential.
