Summary
Join the Westbourne Centre in Birmingham as Head of Clinical Services. You will be a key part of the team focused on delivering high-quality clinical outcomes. Collaborate closely with the Hospital Manager and the Senior Leadership Team. Provide strong leadership and operational management to meet hospital objectives. Commitment to developing high-quality, evidence-based acute care is essential, along with personal drive, enthusiasm, creativity, and resilience. What you will bring:- Strong clinical background in acute surgical/medical care- Professional clinical registration (NMC, HCPC, GPhC) with no restrictions- Senior clinical role experience with external stakeholders- Surgical environment experience- Clinical governance, budget management, and supply contracts experience- Ability to monitor and manage resources effectively- Experience leading clinically based projects- Develop relationships with key stakeholders (ICS, GPs, Consultants, Suppliers)- Proven leadership and team management skills, ensuring CQC compliance- Understanding of legal and professional care standards- Competence in monitoring clinical services- Excellent communication and rapport-building skills- Decision-making and initiative- Passion for outstanding care- Flexible and positive attitude
