ABOUT THE ROLE
Coordinate referrals, waiting lists and initial enquiries to ensure smooth access to counselling services.
Provide clear, supportive communication as the first point of contact for families, counsellors and professionals.
Manage scheduling, room bookings and online appointments, ensuring efficient service flow.
Maintain digital systems and client records with high accuracy and full GDPR compliance.
Support monitoring by preparing evaluation forms, collating feedback and assisting with data reporting.
Assist with recruitment, onboarding and finance processes such as invoicing.
ABOUT YOU
Highly organised, with strong administrative skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communicator who can build positive relationships with families, schools and colleagues.
Confident using Microsoft tools and client management systems.
Able to handle sensitive information discreetly and professionally.
Proactive, adaptable and committed to supporting a compassionate, efficient counselling service.
