Job Description
Digitek are primarily looking for a sales support person with the ability to adapt to other roles within the company. This position involves telesales, overseeing customer relationships, handling and generating invoices and guaranteeing smooth operations. You will be tasked with learning our diverse product database and managing our loyal customers, while also pursuing new sales opportunities. Additionally, it is essential that you are capable of undertaking and assisting with various physical tasks within the company as required, this includes unloading containers and supporting daily operations.
Comprehensive training will be provided; however, prior experience will be considered an advantage.
Required Skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in utilizing software pertinent to office management and customer relationship management (e.g., MS Office)
• Familiarity with AV / computer products is beneficial
• Capability to lift weights of up to 25kg for aiding in container unloading and daily tasks
