Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Machine Setup: Select and load the correct threads, needles, and bobbins according to job specifications.
- Hooping & Loading: Expertly hoop garments and fabrics to ensure perfect alignment and design placement.
- Production Monitoring: Oversee machine runs, adjusting tension and troubleshooting thread breaks or needle issues on the fly.
- Quality Control: Inspect finished products for stitching precision, trimming loose threads, and ensuring client specifications are met.
- Maintenance: Perform routine machine maintenance and minor troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance.
- Experience: Minimum 1 years of experience operating industrial embroidery machinery preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with embroidery software is a major plus.
- Attention to Detail: Excellent eye for detail, colour matching, and design placement.
- Physical Ability: Must be comfortable standing for long periods and performing repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Consistency: Ability to maintain high-quality standards across large production runs.
