Summary

Are you a highly organised administrator with strong financial and data management skills? Borderlands is recruiting a Programme Coordinator to be the operational backbone of a dynamic cultural programme based across Middlesbrough and Redcar & Cleveland. You’ll establish and manage key systems for finance, data, and administration, supporting the Director, Creative Engagement Producer, and wider Consortium to deliver an impactful programme.

This role suits someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working autonomously in a small team. If you have experience in budget management, monitoring and evaluation, and can communicate complex information clearly to a range of stakeholders, this is a great opportunity to play a central role in a unique and exciting cultural initiative.

Please be advised that due to the minimum salary thresholds imposed by the UKVI, this post may qualify for university sponsorship under the Skilled Worker visa route.

The position we are filling is exempt from the provisions of the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act and a satisfactory DBS disclosure from the Disclosure and Barring Service is required as part of our clearance procedures.
