Summary

Are you a creative leader with a passion for arts, community, and cultural change? Borderlands is looking for a Creative Engagement Producer to lead an ambitious programme of cultural activity across Middlesbrough and Redcar & Cleveland. You’ll work with artists, communities, and other partners to develop and deliver exciting multi-artform projects, championing local creative talent and driving meaningful community engagement.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic, collaborative environment and brings energy, vision, and strong project management skills to everything they do. If you have experience producing live events, building partnerships, and a genuine commitment to inclusive arts practice, we’d love to hear from you.

Please be advised that due to the minimum salary thresholds imposed by the UKVI, this post will not qualify for university sponsorship under the Skilled Worker visa route.

The position we are filling is exempt from the provisions of the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act and a satisfactory DBS disclosure from the Disclosure and Barring Service is required as part of our clearance procedures.
