More detail about the role This is an exciting opportunity to join the Physiotherapy service at the Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust (Eastern Services - working across Exeter, mid and east Devon) as a Specialist Physiotherapist in the Eastern Pulmonary Rehabilitation service. We have a permanent 22.5 hour/week position available. The Royal Devon has a passion for pursuing perfection across all areas of its services. The post holder will be part of the team covering the acute and community pulmonary rehab services delivering physiotherapy assessments, rehabilitation classes and collation of performance data. The post holder will carry a clinical caseload of complex patients within the specialist area of pulmonary rehabilitation. They will provide advanced assessment and treatment of patients, communicating complex conditions and related information to patients and relatives. The post-holder will be responsible for supporting and developing clinical support workers and undergraduate students while ensuring high performance, good clinical outcomes and service delivery. This post carries the opportunity to work with the service lead on areas of service improvement as well as supporting the wider Physiotherapy department to run effectively and meet its objectives. Working Pattern: 08:15-16:30 over 3 days (days to be confirmed at interview) Interview Date: To Be Confirmed Pay: The salary advertised for this position reflects the Agenda for Change 2026-7 rates, inclusive of a 3.3% pay award implemented from April 2026.
