This is an invaluable role that will ensure Ian Williams continues to work in partnership with the local community, the customers, our client, and other external organisations to continuously improve the lives and surroundings we work in.

Resident Liaison Officer role


Act as the main point of contact for residents, providing clear communication on maintenance and refurbishment works.
Build and maintain strong relationships through letters, visits, calls, and events to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Keep accurate electronic records and produce progress and customer satisfaction reports for the contract team.
Proactively resolve resident queries and complaints, working with contractors and managers to maintain smooth project delivery.
Attend weekly office meetings and lead on social value initiatives from planning to completion.


What will you bring as a Resident Liaison Officer?

You should have strong communication and customer service skills, able to engage openly, honestly, and confidently with residents. Experience as a Resident or Tenant Liaison Officer, Social Value Officer, or in a similar customer focused role is preferred, though transferable experience will also be considered.

Good organisational skills are essential, along with solid IT ability in Microsoft Word and Outlook. A full UK driving licence is required to carry out the role effectively.
