You will be responsible for
• Providing day-to-day administrative support across the team
• Professionally handling incoming calls and email correspondence
• Maintaining and updating records, databases, and filing systems
• Coordinating meetings and managing calendars
• Preparing documents, reports, and general correspondence
• Managing incoming and outgoing mail

You will need:
• Previous administrative experience
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

The position is temporary to permanent, ongoing.
The role is Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
The hourly rate starts at £12.50. You will accrue up to 28 days holiday per year.
