Summary

Programme Coordination and Support Provide day-to-day coordination support across the Sussex Mentoring Service the Primary Care Support Programme and ADHD Primary Care Connect. Assist programme leads with planning, tracking actions, preparing documentation, and ensuring programme activities run to schedule. Support the development, organisation and delivery of programme workshops, learning sessions, training and engagement events. Maintain programme timelines, updates and workstream information to support smooth progress and effective communication. Meeting & Governance Support Coordinate meetings for the Sussex Mentoring Service, Primary Care Support Programme and ADHD Primary Care Connect. Prepare and circulate agendas, papers and action logs for programme meetings. Provide clear, accurate and timely minutes to support programme leads and workstreams. Administrative Support Act as the first point of contact for administrative queries relating to the three programmes. Maintain well-structured and compliant filing systems, version control and documentation across Teams. Prepare programme materials including reports, presentations, and updates. Support onboarding arrangements for new staff, clinicians or partners joining the programmes. Ensure programme administration processes are streamlined, consistent and well maintained. Project Support Support programme leads with project tasks such as data collation, tracking milestones, monitoring progress and updating programme trackers. Assist in organising workshops, events and collaborative sessions across all three programmes. Monitor progress against action logs and ensure updates are recorded and shared promptly. Communication & Relationship Management Liaise with the Sussex Training Hub, practices, PCNs, ICTs, system partners, voluntary sector organisations and internal colleagues to support strong communication flows across the three programmes. Handle enquiries professionally and escalate where appropriate. Support internal and programme specific communications, including newsletters, updates, and briefing materials. General Duties Uphold organisational values and professionalism in all aspects of the role. Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with Information Governance requirements. Contribute to the continuous improvement of ABC and PCPC programme processes. Undertake any other duties appropriate to the role.
