About the role

- Female Waking Nights Support Worker

- Part time - 20 hours per week.

- New Southgate, North London

- £12.64 p/h

We are seeking a caring and reliable Female Waking Night Support Worker to join our team in New Southgate, North London, supporting four individuals with learning disabilities in a supported-living home. You'll work through the night, ensuring each person is safe, comfortable, and supported in line with their personalised plans.

Your night will include checking on individuals at regular intervals, offering personal care when needed, and carrying out essential household tasks such as cleaning and laundry. You'll also keep accurate written notes using our digital recording systems and ensure the building remains safe and secure throughout your shift.

The waking night shift runs between 21:15 and 07:15, you will be expected to work alternate weekends.
