Their joy and enthusiasm make every day rewarding.

The people we support have learning disabilities, epilepsy, and dysphagia. Your role will involve supporting with personal care, meal preparation, medication, and housework, while also supporting wellbeing, communication, and confidence. You'll encourage hobbies such as going to day centres, visiting parks, enjoying the pub, or simply spending time doing the things they love. Training and coaching will be provided to help you use Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) and digital tools.

Shifts typically run 7:00am-2:30pm or 2:30pm-10:00pm, with occasional long days (7:00am-10:00pm). You'll work every other weekend as part of the regular rota.

About You

You'll be caring, energetic and enthusiastic about supporting people to live the life they choose. You'll enjoy being out and about and take initiative. You must be comfortable providing full personal care, supporting health needs, using digital systems, and learning new skills.
