Regular times of 0800-1800, Monday to Friday. To provide a continuous Improvement plan with monthly and long-term goals and achievements which will be published to the customer each month. To conduct a full security survey and risk assessment annually to identify and record inherent or emerging security risks to the site which will be published to the customer.To produce and maintain a security strategy and risk register documents which will be shared with the customer each month. To meet with the customer to address the security risks monthly. To implement and chair a local security forum which will be extended to customers, service partners, tenants and key neighbours to promote our aims for a safe and secure environment in which to work and spend leisure time. Will implement and foster relationships with the local authority and blue light services to ensure the site security profile is understood and responded to in an appropriate manor. Staff Management and Compliance Assist the Security Operations Manager with the recruitment of new Security Staff and the collation of all required paperwork for the vetting procedure prior to deployment on contract. Ensure all staff have clear objectives and a good understanding of their role by ensuring all buildings have a detailed set of assignment. Ensure a full and comprehensive audit of services are conducted annually which are compliant with the standards. Act as Incident Controller as and when Incidents occur on site, and in your absence, you must identify a suitable deputy. Ensure all incidents are responded to in the prescribed manor as described in the assignment instructions. Ensure all incidents are escalated, recorded and reported as per the prescribed manor as described in the assignment instructions. Ensure staff compliance with all the above through staff motivation and mentoring programmes which will be formally recorded via the company Staff Assessment Programme. Ensure all staff who require performance monitoring via our mentoring programme receive formal guidance and notes following each mentor meeting. Oversee the implementation of the companies disciplinary and grievance procedures where necessary, ensuring fairness and consistency in their application. Ensure all disciplinary and grievance procedures are formally recorded to the required standard and passed to HR within 48hrs of any recorded meeting. Ensure the overall management, wellbeing and welfare of all personnel assigned to the contract. Organise spot visits out of hours to ensure staff remain alert and focused and aware that the Security Manager remains “in touch” with what is happening at the building out of normal office hours. To mentor all senior management within the contract To identify and drive innovations across the contract Administration To present monthly management progress, detailing contract compliance in line with the SLA template agreement. Ensure all reporting standards are maintained at the highest level. Ensure all aspects of the day-to-day administration of the contract as agreed in the SLA document. Ensure the production and submission of weekly reports relating to all CIS Security provided services to both CIS Security Head Office and our customers. Plan and prepare AI’s, SOP’s, Emergency Instructions and Operational Orders as and when required, including annual reviews. Ensure accurate records are maintained for all personnel and operations training. Oversee the organisation of Monthly Staff Roster and any extra cover required with all amendments reported to the CIS Security Head office as and when they occur to ensure all agreed manning levels are always met.
