Summary

Join our team as an Asset Management Analyst!

We're delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for an experienced Analyst to join our dynamic team on a permanent basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our growing Strategic Asset Management team, where you can contribute to our mission of investing in people and places to create a stronger, more sustainable future.

In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining reliable and up to date Asset Management information for the organisation. You'll also dive into analysing stock data to support stock reinvestment planning whilst working closely with departments across the business to ensure we are capturing and using the data accurately and efficiently.

Are you passionate about working with data? In this role, you'll work with large datasets, using strong Excel skills and database tools to uncover insights that will help shape the future of our Asset Management strategy.

Some things we need from you

-Demonstrable Data Analyst experience with a strong background in working with large database software and manipulating data extracts

-Strong ICT skills, with a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Excel

-Proven experience of balancing a heavy workload, prioritising as necessary

-Evidence of having delivered effectively in a results/service driven environment

-Experience in the housing sector or a comparable organisation, ideally with systems such as Open Housing or related systems would be an advantage

-Experience of managing team members would be desirable

-Power BI experience is desirable

While this role is home-based, you should be able to travel to our Group offices and other locations as needed, approximately twice a month. Our Group offices are conveniently located at Birmingham Business Park in Solihull and Central Park in Worcester.
