More detail about the role Devon Sexual Health Torbay, based at Castle Circus Health Centre in Torquay, is looking for a Medical Secretary and HIV Administrator to join its small but friendly team to provide high quality secretarial, administrative and clerical support to the Consultant(s), Medical Staff and Devon Sexual Health team. The ideal candidate will have a good standard of general education, an NVQ3 in Administration or equivalent and proven secretarial experience within the Public Sector with RSAII or equivalent. You must be able to demonstrate proficiency in the use and knowledge of Word, Excel, MS Teams and Outlook. The successful post holder will be part of a flexible administrative workforce. If you are a good communicator with excellent organisational skills and able to work independently, as well as part of a team, then we would like to hear from you. Working Pattern: 30 hours per week over 4 days to include a Monday and Friday Interview Date: To Be Confirmed Pay: The salary advertised for this position reflects the Agenda for Change 2026-7 rates, inclusive of a 3.3% pay award implemented from April 2026.
