Job Title: Business Professional - Contingent Worker Hourly

Job Description: Handy man/woman to support site services team in maintenance tasks eg

Tasks:
General Repairs & Maintenance: Patching walls, solid floors, repairing fences, fixing broken fixtures, and maintaining furniture.
Plumbing & Electrical: supporting plumber Fixing leaky taps/pipes, unclogging drains, supporting electrician with changing light fixtures, and replacing sockets etc
Painting & Decorating: Touching up paint, wallpapering, and applying sealant.
Carpentry & Assembly: Assembling furniture, installing shelving, and repairing doors.
Exterior Maintenance: Cleaning gutters, jet washing patios, and basic landscaping.

Requirements:

  • Follow instructions of Site Service manager
  • Be able to use hand, battery and power tools, step ladders
  • Able to work safely and follow instructions
  • Assist with office moves
  • Assist with internal decorating
  • Perform reactive maintenance tasks internally and externally
  • Clean work areas after completion of tasks
  • Cooperate with local supervisors to ensure works to do not disrupt business operations in work areas
  • Use any PPE provided as per instructions
