Summary

We are currently seeking an On-Premises Distributor to work directly on customer sites, distributing company-owned garments and equipment to designated areas and on-premises lockers, and collecting soiled items ready for return.

This role plays an important part in ensuring smooth day-to-day service delivery and maintaining strong customer relationships.

The role

As an On-Premises Distributor, you will be responsible for managing the movement of garments and equipment on customer premises, ensuring accuracy, cleanliness, and service standards are maintained.

Your responsibilities will include:



Delivering clean garments to individual lockers and designated storage areas


Collecting soiled garments from bulk collectors or skips for return


Identifying garments requiring repair or exchange and reporting accordingly


Completing all required paperwork accurately and passing it on through the appropriate channels


Maintaining good working relationships with customers on site


Identifying opportunities to expand the business and reporting these to management


Undertaking ad-hoc duties as required to support service delivery
