Summary
We are seeking a Business Waste and Recycling Officer to join our waste, recycling and fleet operations. Working closely with our operational teams, you will be instrumental in delivering business waste & recycling collections support for our customers.
Working within a small and friendly business support team, we are looking for someone organised, with good IT skills, and excellent communication skills.
As our first point of contact to our business waste customers you will respond to customer enquiries, set up new business waste accounts and collection arrangements. You will work proactively on back-office admin tasks which keep the service running, including raising monthly and six-monthly invoices, direct debt billing, and updating in-cab collections systems and financial systems.
Job Share Role:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday (22.5 hours per week - Permanent contract).
Flexible working available around core hours in this customer focused role (core hours: 10am - 4pm).
Based at Keynsham Recycling Hub, with the ability to work from home or an alternate office one day per week.
This is a job share role with an existing team member working Wednesday to Friday.
To assist ensuring business continuity and collaboration, there will be a requirement to work together at Keynsham Recycling Hub on Wednesday, your combined working day.
