We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Primary Teacher – Key Stage 2 to join our ambitious and supportive school in Chelmsley Wood, Birmingham (B37) from September 2026.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified teacher with proven experience teaching Key Stage 2 or younger children, who is committed to delivering high-quality education and creating a stimulating, inclusive learning environment. You will play a pivotal role in helping our pupils achieve their full potential academically, socially, and personally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging and challenging lessons in line with the Key Stage 2 National Curriculum


  • Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment


  • Monitor and assess pupil progress, using data to inform teaching and drive attainment


  • Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils


  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents to enhance pupil development


  • Maintain high expectations for behaviour, achievement, and personal development


    The Ideal Candidate Will Have
    • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)


    • Proven experience teaching Key Stage 2 or younger primary age groups


    • Strong classroom management and organisational skills


    • A passion for delivering creative and effective learning experiences


    • Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership abilities


    • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all pupils
