SALARY: £48,987 - £54,430

About this opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Colleague Desktop Lab, where you'll be part of a collaborative, forward‑thinking team driving high‑impact initiatives at pace. Together, we design and deliver services that colleagues and customers genuinely value - intuitive, engaging experiences that make a real difference every day.

As a Quality Engineer, you'll be at the heart of this journey, combining deep domain knowledge with strong technical expertise as part of a dynamic, cross‑functional feature team. Working side by side with Product Owners, Designers, Engineers and DevOps, you'll help shape and refine designs, functionality, features and experiments - embedding quality from the very start rather than checking it in at the end.

You'll play a pivotal role in transforming how quality engineering is delivered, directly influencing the release of high‑quality software into production. Beyond delivery, you'll be a trusted coach and mentor, supporting junior engineers and partner resources and helping to grow capability across the team.

You'll also be an active voice in our Communities of Practice, Guilds and continuous improvement groups, sharing knowledge, championing best practice and helping to raise the bar across the wider engineering community.
