You will join as an Assistant Outlet Manager who supports the delivery of outstanding food and beverage experiences across the Well House and, when required, other outlets. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on service standards, team supervision, and commercial awareness. Here, your ideas will be welcomed and your growth supported.

Key Responsibilities
• Support the day-to-day operation of the Well House, ensuring service standards are consistently delivered.
• Lead services on shift, remaining hands-on and supporting other food and beverage outlets when required.
• Supervise and motivate the team, promoting a positive and professional working environment.
• Support rota planning, stock control, and asset management alongside the Hotel Operations Manager.
• Assist with monitoring costs and contributing to departmental profitability.
• Help the wider food and beverage team achieve and exceed budgeted targets.
Person Specification
• Strong food and beverage background within a quality hotel or venue environment.
• Proven experience supervising and supporting teams in a service-led operation.
• Commercially aware with an understanding of cost control and stock management.
• Organised and adaptable, with the ability to support across multiple outlets.
• Guest-focused, with a passion for delivering memorable experiences.
• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, reliable, and able to manage priorities effectively.
