PRODUCTION OPERATIVE

Location: Welshpool Pay: From £13.22 per hour
Shift Pattern: 4 Shift Rotation 12-hour days & nights/36 hours per week
WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Operate and support production machinery
• Carry out quality checks
• Monitor production targets
• Prepare materials and maintain equipment
• Follow safety procedures and basic maintenance
• Work with other departments to ensure smooth production flow
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
• Production/Manufacturing experience preferred
• Flexible and team focused approach
• Able to work rotating shifts including days, nights and weekends
• Good communication & numeracy
• Strong attention to detail & quality
• Basic IT skills
