Telesales Executive
• Nantgarw, Office-based
• 12-Week Temporary Contract
• Monday -Thursday, 8.30am-5pm (some flexibility)
• Salary up to £15.00 per Hour, Depending on Experience

The Role:
With the end of the Financial Year fast approaching, the Telesales Executive will utilise the existing customer database, to contact warm leads and lapsed clients. Focusing on those who have previously enquired about products and services, the Telesales Executive will proactively contact prospective customers via the telephone, providing follow up information as required.
Responsibilities:
• Proactively initiate high-volume, outbound calls to prospective customers who are either lapsed, or have previously registered interest in Training courses.
• Engage customers with informative content, overcoming objections and inviting them to receive further information.
• Provide exceptional levels of customer service, presenting a positive and professional image at every interaction.
• Utilising an internal CRM to log calls.
• Following up calls with promotional emails.
• Highlighting any prospective leads to the internal Sales and Account Managers.
Skills, Experience & Qualifications:
• Demonstrable experience of working within a proactive sale environment.
• Computer literacy in respect to Microsoft Office, with the capacity to adapt to an internal CRM.
• Proficiency composing written correspondence.
• Self-motivated and able to work on your own initiative.
• Supportive of your colleagues and able to work within a collaborative team environment.
• Customer focussed with a passion for service excellence.
• Strong interpersonal skills with internal and external customers.
• A strong communicator with a professional and engaging telephone manner.
