This is an important position within our organisation. You will help coordinate schedules, manage administration and ensure our services run smoothly day-to-day.

About Us
Reality Family Support Services provides supervised contact, supported contact, welfare visits and family support services for children and families.
We work closely with local authorities, courts and professionals to ensure children can maintain safe and supported relationships with family members.

Key Responsibilities
Scheduling & Coordination
• Coordinating and managing schedules for contact sessions, welfare visits and meetings
• Maintaining accurate diaries and ensuring staff availability is organised efficiently
• Liaising with staff, families and professionals to confirm appointments and arrangements
• Ensuring all scheduled sessions are recorded and communicated clearly
Office Administration
• Managing the day-to-day administration of the office
• Maintaining organised records and digital filing systems
• Handling emails, enquiries and general office communication
• Preparing documents, reports and correspondence where required
Organisation & Systems
• Keeping office systems organised and up to date
• Using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and digital systems confidently
• Maintaining spreadsheets and trackers to support operations
• Identifying ways to keep processes efficient and organised
Communication
• Acting as a professional point of contact for staff, families and external professionals
• Responding to enquiries in a clear and professional manner
• Helping resolve administrative queries where needed
